This is a 1000 ml (regular mouth) jar that is filled with 700 ml of our proprietary liquid culture broth media for fast colonization. The liquid culture jar is fully sealed and sterilized. We have not included an air filter as we have shown great success with the air filter omitted at this stage of growth. This allows us to ship this
