Cerith Snail - Cerithium atratum Quantity Lot:12 are possibly another speciesCerith Snails do a wonderful job of controlling a variety of algae, most notably the red slime algae that forms along the base of glass reef aquariums. The species that we favor is C. atratum. These are not found within tidepools but rather in areas of fish activity. These are among the hardiest and most sustainable of anything that we offer. Size varies from about 1 to 2 inches in length.
