Constructed of gilded bronze with enamels, the obverse consisting of a German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, above a pair of crossed sword and overlaid by an anchor bearing a central black enameled Iron Cross, the reverse with a crimped hinge and horizontal pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 95 mm (w) x 52 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
